We understand that plans may change or emergencies may arise. However, please be courteous and call to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $25 rescheduling fee, together with a penalty of 50% of the fee for the service you had scheduled. This policy also applies to prepaid services and prepaid certificates (such as Groupon and other special prices).
